A referral service, not a contractor

Elite Champaign Commercial Roofers is a free referral service that connects property owners and managers with independent commercial roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee roofing work, inspect roofs, pull permits, or provide warranties on any work.

No cost, no obligation

Using this site and requesting quotes is free. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor who contacts you, and any agreement you make is between you and that contractor.

How the service is paid for

Contractors may pay Elite Champaign Commercial Roofers to receive quote requests. That payment does not make us a party to your contract or responsible for a contractor's work.

Contractors are independent

Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing and workmanship. We ask contractors to confirm their IDFPR unlimited roofing license, but we do not guarantee any contractor's license status, insurance or qualifications. Before hiring, you should:

• Verify the contractor's Illinois roofing license at idfpr.illinois.gov. Commercial work requires an unlimited license.
• Ask for current certificates of liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Get a written contract that states scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty.

Prices on this site are typical national ranges from published cost guides and are not quotes. Content about codes, permits, licensing, insurance and storm claims is general information that may change and may not fit your building. It is not legal, insurance, engineering or architectural advice. Consent to contact

By submitting the quote form, you agree that Elite Champaign Commercial Roofers and the contractors we share your request with may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can ask any contractor to stop contacting you. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, submit requests on someone else's behalf without permission, attempt to disrupt the site or its forms, or scrape or copy the site's content for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elite Champaign Commercial Roofers and its owner are not liable for any work performed or not performed by contractors, for any dispute between you and a contractor, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
